Payment is due at the time of booking, either online or directly with staff at the time of scheduling. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Zelle, digital payments, and cash. All sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
Feel Better ATL LLC is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Please call or text us at 912-527-1669 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or to reschedule your appointment. If calling, please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To reschedule a Monday appointment, please contact our office on Friday.
If proper notification is not given, Feel Better ATL LLC reserves the right to charge 100% of the appointment fee for the missed visit. However, we understand that life can be complex and schedules busy. We do not want to create a barrier between us. Instead, we will talk and discuss possible compensation strategies for your missed visit.
It will be our intention to notify the client of a rescheduled appointment on the evening prior. However, if a Feel Better ATL LLC Practitioner needs to reschedule a session on the day of your appointment, notice will be given in the morning prior to your treatment session. We definitely regret missing your appointment and will discuss compensation for your missed session.
If you arrive late, any time missed will be forfeited. We will do our best to maximize the remaining time, but the appointment will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
